Nuance
いっしょ is written 一緒 in kanji, but at N5 you will usually see it in hiragana. と alone can also mean "with" (友だちと行きます), and といっしょに simply makes the idea of togetherness clearer. The person always takes と, never に or で.

JLPT style: choose the best answer for ( ).
-
1「友だち( )いっしょに学校へ行きます。」
The person you go with takes と before いっしょに. に, を and で cannot mark a companion.
-
2「あした、いっしょにえいがを( )。」
With あした this is an invitation, so 見ませんか fits. The past forms clash with あした, and 見ています means "am watching".
-
3「だれと( )に行きましたか。」
だれといっしょに asks who you went with. The other words cannot take に after だれと.
-
4「わたしはいつもいぬ( )いっしょにさんぽします。」
いぬといっしょに means together with the dog. の, を and に cannot link the dog to いっしょに.
FAQ
What is the difference between と and といっしょに?
Both can mean "with" a person. といっしょに makes it clearer that you did the action together, while と alone is shorter and very common in speech.
How do you write いっしょ in kanji?
It is 一緒. The second kanji is above N5, so beginner materials and the JLPT N5 usually write it in hiragana.
